Hello everyone,
I've recently become a part of SCBWI and I'm thrilled to connect with new friends in this community.

Over the past three years, I've enjoyed illustrating children's books and products. Despite holding a B.Tech degree in IT and a master's in HR, my heart was always drawn to art. Eventually, I followed my childhood passion, transitioning into a full-time freelance illustrator.

I'm eager for a portfolio critique- are there specific groups here for that purpose? I'm keen on seeking representation by an agent, though I'm not too sure if my portfolio is there yet. Any feedback on my work would be incredibly valuable.

I would love to write and illustrate my own picture book someday. I'm excited about the possibility of collaborating with fellow members here. I hope this space will help me grow and improve.  ::-)

Congrats on transitioning to your dream career! Welcome!
