Do girls age 6-8 love Dogman as much as boys?

I've noticed that a lot of boys around me find Dogman really fun, and I enjoy it too. However, I've never had the chance to ask girls of the same age group (6-8) if they also like Dogman.

Can anyone share if girls in this age range tend to enjoy Dogman as well? I'm curious to know, especially considering there are scenes involving punching, etc.

Which graphic novels are most popular among girls of this age?

Thank you!

These books have been on too many bestseller lists for it to be a male-only audience.

At my library over the past two summers, this was one of the most popular series checked out. Many more boys than girls asked for them if this anecdotal answer helps at all. :)  BUT the spinoff CAT KID had a more equal number of boys and girls asking for them.

This is exactly what I was curious about. Thank you for sharing your insights. Quite helpful!
