Hello, I've been trying to research about criminal law in France, or even in Europe.  I'd like to find out examples of crimes that would cause someone to be be imprisoned for 1-2 years that deals with some type of violence?

This is the sort of thing I post at Absolute Write in the forum. They have people who know something about everything, or, they did when I was there more. You might also try a library search on the academic sites.

Thank you Debbie, I will try that.  I haven't tried academic sites yet...
