Anyone open to a Critique Group or Beta Readers?

If you live in the Indianapolis / Carmel / Anderson / Greenfield / Southport area . . .
would you be interested in forming a small critique / beta-reader group? 
I'm picturing perhaps 3 to 4 people tops who have been writing a while.  (Not necessarily published.)
But they would all have to have similar writing interests:  namely, YA and MG  sf/f.
We wouldn't have to meet face-to-face on a regular basis, but I'd like to have a Starbuck's gathering occassionally.  A Skype or WebEx conference could work for the norm.
