Thank you everyone. I'm glad you like the cat's ear, Meghan. It plays a part in the story. I'm not sure how much story there is behind the story, Vijaya. I started this story about six years ago, only to be interrupted by a pb that went to acquisitions twice, and not to be acquired. Hangabout: Far from Home started as a story with alternating pov's between the cat and the dog. An agent suggested I try just one pov, and it completely changed the direction of the story. I had to listen to where the story wanted to go, and I'm so happy with the change. It was worth the revision.

BTW, Sanja Mosic did the cover art. She was very patient with me. :)
